Bryan Baquer, General Manager


Bryan oversees the logistics and marketing for all our events .  With Economics and Business Management degrees from Washington College, he felt RHS would be a great fit as an organization that could impact people’s lives. During his time in college, Bryan played baseball and served as the captain on his senior campaign. He is also part of the Potomac Valley Church of Christ and is heavily involved with service opportunities there.  Bryan enjoys helping connect job seekers with employers throughout the United States.

Randall Blancard, Recruitment & Communications Manager

Randall is in charge of connecting career seekers with our hiring events. He does this by reaching out to the local community to spread the word of the event, as well as communicate with career seekers to provide them with the information they need to be successful at the event. He also works with employers to make sure they have the best experience at our events. Randall helps manage the Reliant website and social media pages as well. Randall is an active member of his church, Potomac Valley Church of Christ, providing video and audio support for worship services and other church events.

Ian Lovejoy, Founder/CEO


Ian founded Reliant Hiring Solutions for one reason: to help employ America.  With over a decade of organizational leadership and HR/Recruitment experience, Ian saw an increasing need for employers and job seekers to meet face-to-face and has made facilitating this experience the corner stone of Reliant Hiring Solution’s services. Active in the community, Ian serves on the Manassas City Council, serves as Chair of the Manassas City Economic Development Committee and Manassas Rotary Club.  Ian loves sci-fi (particularly Star Trek) and is a horrible speller.


Stephanie Bradford, Employer Liaison/Marketing Assistant


Stephanie has always believed in strong work ethics, and integrity. Stephanie saw Reliant Hiring Solutions as a fast-growing approach to connecting employers with potential employees as an opportunity to use her vast skills in consumer relations to help people. Stephanie has over 5 years of experience as an Certified Nursing Assistant and Administrative Assistant. She has an active role in her Church Community and she is a loving wife and mother of 3. Stephanie enjoys cooking for her family.
